Venue

The conference will start on Saturday evening at 6.30 pm with a Keynote lecture followed by the welcome reception.  Sessions will run all day Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon, after the morning session and the lunch, there will be an excursion. The symposium will close with a gala dinner on Wednesday 25th.

It will be held at the Villa Maria Hotel & Spa in Francavilla al Mare, a town between Pescara and Chieti. Pescara city center is about 4 Km from Villa Maria Hotel.

Villa Maria is placed inside a large park among the hills and is only 700 mt from the beach.

Pescara is located in the central-southern part of Italy along the Adriatic coast.

It is the most populated city in Abruzzo region, with 118,000 residents ca. (and approximately 350,000 including the surrounding metropolitan area). The city is very close to the mountains, and the ski slopes of Passo Lanciano can be reached by a 30 minutes drive.
